5. The Terms and Conditions of Shared–Risk Money–Back Guarantee Programs.

The Patient will receive a refund if:

If all IVF cycles are unsuccessful, and there is no vitrified top–quality embryo suitable for the FET cycle left, Ingenes will refund the percentage of the fee, based on the program the Patient has selected (50% or 100%).
The % of the refund depends on the ‘Shared Risk — Money–Back Guaran program the Patient has selected (50% or 100%).
The Refund covers only in–Bundle specifications. The Refund doesn’t cover the not–included–in–the–Bundle services or expenses like pre–cycle Diagnostic Testing, medication, out–Bundle extras, PGS, PGD, consultations with non–Ingenes specialists, concierge/travel expenses, etc.).
No additional administrative fee will be charged.
40–Somethings (the Patient at 40 years old and above) should select Egg Donation Program to be eligible for the ‘Shared Risk Program — Money Back Guarantee’ Program. If the Patient wishes to have the first IVF cycle using her own oocytes, she should consult with an Ingenes Specialist. However, Ingenes will not refund the difference in the pricing of the programs.

The Patient will not receive a refund if:

There won’t be any refund for any ‘unused’ cycle(s) if the Patient has a live baby (at least one baby) and up to 72 hours after giving birth.
The Patient is an active smoker. We will accept a smoker if she quits at least 30 days before starting medications. This shall be documented with urine tests.
If the Patient is consuming alcohol, drugs, medication or any other medication that has not been prescribed by the Ingenes MD without notifying the Ingenes MD.
If the Patient participates in such activities as traveling, any sport, extreme sports, or any other activity without discussing its effects and risks with the Ingenes MD.
If the Patient does not follow the Ingenes MD recommendations.

The Program’s Cancellation or Early Termination.

On–demand termination of the IVF program is possible but it involves charging a fee. The Patient may cancel or terminate the already paid IVF program, charging a 15% administrative fee under the following terms and conditions:

Any time, before the Oocyte Retrieval. If Oocyte Retrieval is performed, Ingenes is not obligated to reimburse the Patient.
