Any Surrogacy program is available only for the married couples having the Marriage Certificate. The Surrogacy cycle cannot be started if the couple does not have the original Marriage Certificate brought to Ukraine. In the same way, the Surrogacy pack cannot be empowered if the couple sent/brought a copy of the Marriage Certificate instead of the original. The original copy of the Marriage Certificate should have the Apostille (international notarial seal). 

According to Ukrainian legislation, the Surrogacy cycle cannot be initiated for the singles as well as for same–sex couples (gay couples and lesbian couples), transgender couples even if they are married and have the Marriage Certificate. 

Payment Schedule due upon the following process milestones.

Fourth Installment: 14,000.00 EUR (€)) paid upon the successful completion of the Surrogacy program (on the day of receiving the baby’s/babies’ Birth Certificate(s)). 

The total fee for this Surrogacy Program is 50,000.00 EUR (€)) and includes

• Pre–cycle Screening fees and IVF cycle fees (unlimited trials of Embryo Generation using the donor’s oocytes and the partner’s sperm until the viable pregnancy is confirmed and the healthy newborn is born), medication fees, 
• Most fees that are involved in the unique circumstances (pregnancy–related fees, prenatal fees, postnatal fees, emergency surgery fees, the pregnancy complication fees, and the other fees),
