• Post–oocyte pick–up Spindle Analysis of non–fertilized oocytes.
• 1 Sperm Collection and prep. cycle designed and powered up for the Patient’s partner.
• 1 comprehensive sperm prep. for ICSI cycle (Microfluidic Sperm Sorting Chip — the microfluidic chip (microfluidic sorting) is designed to sort the unprocessed semen allowing selection of clinically usable, highly motile sperm with nearly free from DNA fragmentation/ nearly undetectable levels of DNA fragmentation).
• 1 ICSI–Embryo Generation cycle using own oocytes and the partner’s sperm.

Fees for medical services:

• Initial consultation (via Skype or telephone, 30min.) including medical history review (relevant lab. reports, pelvic ultrasound report(s), semen analysis (most recent & any abnormal tests), Sonohysterogram / Hysterosalpingogram report(s), Laparoscopy or other gyn. surgery report(s), previous IVF cycle records, Urological consult (if done) — fee–free (0.00 EUR).
• Initial consultation (first appointment) with ProCrea Swiss IVF Center Fertility Pro (medical history review, gyn. examination, pelvic ultrasound scan of uterine and pelvic physiology and pathology, Antral Follicle Count (AFC) test, semen analysis, pre–Treatment Diagnostic Screens Protocol’s preconfiguration, Treatment Protocol preconfiguration, essential lab. tests including the blood tests) — 250.00 EUR. This fee is included in the Treatment Bundle if the IVF cycle is powered up the same year. 
• Pelvic ultrasound scan and its report — 63.00 EUR.
• Sonographic measurement of uterine dimensions (uterus length, height, and width / ultrasound–guided uterine cavity probe) — 189.00 EUR. 

Pre–IVF Screening packs:

Termination of the IVF cycle:
