2. ‘What is in the Bundle?’
The Surrogacy Bundle’s ‘specifications’ differ from Bundle to Bundle, from clinic to clinic, and from country to country. The ‘Standard’ Surrogacy Bundle includes fewer options compared to the Bundle ‘Pro.’ The major difference is the number of Egg Donation cycles, the IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI trials, and Embryo Transfer trials. The ‘Standard’ Bundles routinely include only one Egg Donation trial, only one IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI trial, and only one IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI trial. On the contrary, the ‘Pro’ Bundles include two or three plus Egg Donation trials, unlimited egg donor selection, two or three plus IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI trials, and unlimited Embryo Transfer trials until the last vitrified embryo is thawed and transferred. The top ‘Pro’ Bundles also include or unlimited Egg Donation, unlimited IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI trials, unlimited Embryo Transfer trials, and anew cycle if no vitrified embryos suitable for the Embryo Transfer are left. Every time, the new embryonic cohort is generated, screened for chromosomal rearrangements, genome abnormal configuration, damaged DNA, and the top-quality embryos are transferred.
The standard ‘tech specifications’ for Surrogacy with Egg Donation Bundle include the following services and fees:
Agency service fee for designing the whole Surrogacy program starting from the first virtual consultation with the Representative or fertility Pro, first clinic’s or agency’s visit, and complete with the couple’s departure with their one newborn Bundle or even two newborn Bundles.
Notary fee for drafting, preparing, issuing and notarizing the Surrogacy contract that will be used for issuing the baby’s birth certificate. The ‘Standard’ program covers only one Surrogacy contract issuing. The ‘Pro’ program covers unlimited Surrogacy contracts issuing and notarizing.
Gestational Carrier’s Diagnostic Testing and Screening including all blood tests, hormonal tests, and the other Screening Tests that must be done before starting the Surrogacy cycle. The ‘Standard’ program covers the inclusive screening for only one surrogate mother. The ‘Pro’ program involves unlimited ‘Gestational carriers’ Screening Bundle.’ Every time the Surrogacy cycle is restarted — the couple doesn’t have to purchase the new ‘Gestational Carrier’s screening pack.’ That adds tons of advantages: no waiting mode, no extra fees involved for anew trials, no extra fees for the new gestational carrier’s compensation, no extra fees for the extra medical services. All–in–one configuration.
The egg donor’s Diagnostic Testing and Screening including all blood tests, hormonal tests, and the other screening tests that must be done before starting the Surrogacy cycle. The ‘Standard’ Surrogacy pack covers only one ‘Egg donor screening pack.’ Contrastingly, the ‘Pro’ Surrogacy Bundle has the unlimited ‘Egg donor Screening packs’ integrated in.
The Tandem Oocyte cycle (one trial with the intended mother’s oocytes) is covered by ‘Pro’ Surrogacy Bundles only. The Diagnostic Screening and Testing Bundle for the intended mother is always included in the Surrogacy Pro Bundle. If the Surrogacy with its own oocytes and sperm Bundle’s fee does not cover the intended mother’s Diagnostic Screening, the ‘Diagnostic Screening program’ usually can be purchased.

IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI (one trial, two trials, three trials or multi–trials) fertilization of the donor’s oocytes (intended mother’s oocytes only for the ‘Tandem Oocyte cycles’) with the intended father’s sperm, embryo culturing, Time–Lapse embryo development monitoring.
Selection of one or two ‘boutique-quality’ embryo from the IVF–ICSI/IMSI/PISCI generated embryonic cohort. ‘Boutique–quality’ embryo has normal development ‘status’, already hatched outside, ‘labeled’: ‘high implantation potency.’ If PGD/PGS was performed, a top-quality embryo must have an ideal genome configuration.
Embryo Transfer (ultrasound-guided Embryo Transfer) with mock Embryo Transfer trial or only actual Embryo Transfer.
Gestational carrier’s fee for the Embryo Transfer (one trial, two trials, three trials or multi–trials).
Embryonic cohort Vitrification and fee-free storage of the vitrified embryos up to 12 months.
Gestational carrier’s monthly fee.
Pregnancy care fee (covers the consultations, medication, and inclusive pregnancy monitoring).
Maternity hospital fee that covers the natural delivery, medication, medical services, and the newborn’s care for 2–3 days in the maternity hospital.
Gestational carrier’s final compensation for carrying and delivering the newborn Bundle or even two Bundles.
PGS (Preimplantation Genetic Screening for 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, or 24 chromosomes ‘configuration’) can be configured with the ‘Standard’ Surrogacy Bundle and may cover screening up to 6 or 8 embryos (blastocyst stage). The premium package may include the ‘PGS Bundle’ and cover all fees.
