My husband and I have had nothing but an amazing experience with RCC. From the front desk to nurses to Dr.Nayot and Donna. Dr.Nayot is an incredible doctor . He thinks outside the box and actually listens to the patient and allows us to be part of the decision making process. Donna has been such an emotional rock for us and her empathy towards our journey, support and constant words of affirmation have become a huge part of our story. After being to 3 different fertility clinics over several years, I was happy I decided to try RCC. Since I have seen how other clinics and doctors work, the difference was obvious. The processes, communication, doctors, absolutely everything was better. I have seen desirable results. I am grateful to everyone who helped me in the process and get to where I am now. We did not have a good experience. We were hopeful in the beginning. We said yes at every step. We didn’t ask questions—we just trusted the process. But over time, it became clear we were being taken for a ride.nnThe services are extremely expensive, and every procedure took far longer than it should have. We spent our life savings, only to be told they don’t know why certain procedures failed. That is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.nnWe wasted three years at this clinic—countless procedures and biopsies, one after another—and still, nothing worked. We asked for real answers, but all we got were vague, generic statements. No one could explain what went wrong. Meanwhile, my wife endured so much pain for absolutely nothing.nnOur trust in this clinic, and in the entire system, is gone. The money we lost is devastating, but the time is even worse—years we can never get back. Now, we don’t even know what options we have left, and honestly, we’re not sure we’d continue with this clinic even if there were any.nnWe are extremely disappointed—with the process, the service, and the outrageous cost of every single treatment..
