My first appointment here went well. Very helpful and caring staff, especially at front desk with Jenni and another lovely woman I didnt get the name of.nDR. Mohseni was focused on getting me answers and investigating my challeneges. She completed tests/ exams right away in office. That was amazingnnThank you Charm Fertility!.

I've had such a great experience at this office! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Jenny, in particular, is amazing she's warm, attentive, and truly goes the extra mile to ensure every visit is a positive one. It's clear that everyone here cares about their patients, and I appreciate the kindness and professionalism they show at every appointment

My name is Sonaly, I’ve been here for almost over 9 months and my experience has been amazing! Natalie and Carla arenboth so friendly and efficient. I’ve never had a single issue with booking appointments, reaching front desk or getting a reply within a timely manner. The ultrasound techs have always made me feel comfortable and safe. The ladies doing bloodwork are also very friendly and fast! I usually have my appointments before work and I’ve never had an issue being late to work as all the girls work so efficiently. I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews as I’ve been taken care of very well here. Trying for a baby can be a sensitive time especially when you’re having trouble so it really helps having a good team that’s upbeat and consistent. I would definitely recommend charm..

The staff must understand that people come from very far places to provide support by accompanying patients and they ask you to wait outside in the car while the whole clinic is empty as you can see in the pictures clicked by me. Not sure if this is being racist or just trying to be rude early in the morning to ruin everybody’s day. Please try to be human and considerate.nnStaff responds saying people might think why this guy is here: i will certainly understand if there are people in the clinic and respect it but when nobody’s in the clinic , doesn’t make sense.nnI request staff to be mindful that you wouldn’t want to yell at people , first thing in the morning.nnFor staff at reception:nIf you can check cameras in past, this is not the first time i am coming, when there were people inside, i did wait outside ( i had my blood work to do as well- 2 weeks ago), to help women have their seat. I’m saying this since you remember me coming to this clinic last time.
