The Assisted Reproduction Center, NACER, was founded in 1995 by Dr. Fernando Higuera Escalante.

Nacer is created in response to a need felt in our Santander society, which had to travel to other cities, mainly Bogotá, to solve its fertility problems. 

During this time, we have strived for the permanent training of our human talent, the technological renovation and facilities to offer an optimal service to our patients. The results of the insemination procedures and In Vitro fertilization cycles (IVF or ICSI) have been successful, with pregnancy rates that compete in the order of the standards of the Latin American Network of Assisted Reproduction (LARA) and the American Society of Centers.
