National GAP User Symposium

DESCRIPTION:

Increased awareness and improved antenatal detection of pregnancies at risk due to fetal growth restriction have led to the recent year–on–year reduction in ONS stillbirth rates to their lowest ever levels. Over 80% of NHS Trusts and Health Boards already use the Growth Assessment Protocol, or are in the process of implementing it. Clinical teams in many units have put in considerable efforts. Yet much more can be done, and we need to ensure that prevention programmes are as effective as possible. Therefore, as GAP enters its 5th year, we would like to invite you to this special symposium with a multidisciplinary faculty of speakers. The aim is to take stock, share best practice, recognize local achievement, and identify ongoing challenges and their solutions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Who should attend? GAP leads and all midwives, obstetricians /MFM specialists, neonatologists, ultrasonographers and other professionals tasked with delivery of safe maternity services.
