Procrealis

Called Procrealis , the center is the result of active collaboration  public and private health among three players in the Vendee: The Departmental Hospital Center, St. Charles and clinical laboratory Medical Biology Biorylis. 

The Vendée department already had the possibility of performing artificial inseminations thanks to the authorization of the Biorylis laboratory and the AAMPV association (association bringing together biologists and gynecologists from Vendée). 

But, faced with the growing increase in the use of medically assisted procreation (nearly 3% of total births in France), this “first level” care offer quickly appeared insufficient and led to frequent trips to outside the department for couples receiving in vitro fertilization. 

While preserving this collaboration with private gynecologists and those of the hospital within the framework of a network, the gynecologists and biologists of Procrealis are referents in the treatment of infertility thanks to their training and their experience in this discipline. 

With a surface area of over 500 m2, the Procrealis center is entirely and solely dedicated to medically assisted procreation. Located in the premises of the St Charles clinic in La Roche-sur-Yon, modern and spacious, the center welcomes patients from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. offering couples care in the best conditions of comfort and safety. and confidentiality. Consultation meetings take place every week around the multidisciplinary team, bringing together biologists, gynecologists and andrologists from the center but also any external doctor wishing to present his infertility files (Thursday afternoon) in order to optimize the intake. in charge and to determine the most suitable treatment for each.
