Since the 1st January 2016 the entire assisted fertility team of the former “FERA Assisted Fertility Centre” can now be found at our new Practice “ASSISTED FERTILITY DOCTORS BERLIN” in Berlin Zehlendorf at the U–station Oskar-Helene-Heim. You can find or modern rooms in "eins-alles für die Gesundheit", the newly constructed innovative health location on the former site of the Berlin University Orthopaedic Clinic. A location, which guarantees treatments at the forefront of Medicine through matched offerings and networked medical attention. We, Dr. Andreas Jantke and Dr. Anna Stegelmann as experienced Reproductive Medicine physicians, and our assisted fertility team, which has been established for years in Berlin, will continue to fulfil the desire of infertile couples to have a child in our new assisted fertility practice. We have previously accompanied many childless couples on the road to a child of their own. In the process, we have achieved significantly above average pregnancy rates (an annual average of > 40% per embryo transfer for IVF–ICSI treatment). Assisted Fertility Treatment is a matter of trust. It is our goal to offer you holistic care in the field of assisted fertility treatment. We will help you to get pregnant by the trustworthy and sensitive application of therapeutic concepts tailored to your individual needs! Our may years of experience – complemented by the most modern diagnostic tests and our own laboratories– offer you the greatest possible service and security. We are supported in this by a team of qualified collaborators consisting of doctors, biologists, medical technicians and medical healthcare workers as well as colleagues in the secretariat. We cooperate closely with urologists, psychologists, human geneticists and other important disciplines, for example in nutritional counselling and sexual therapy. In the following pages, we explain the causes of childlessness and present the options for investigation available in our practice. Here you will also get a first insight into the various assisted fertility treatment methods available in our Assisted Fertility Centre, for example insemination, in vitro fertilisation (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). We are also a competent point of contact in the field of fertility prophylaxis in Berlin (member of Fertiprotekt). This involves, for example, freezing unfertilised eggs with a particular cryopreservation technique (vitrification) for a future pregnancy e.g. before a planned oncological treatment for cancer where there is a desire for a family (Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy). This also offers the possibility of performing so-called "Social Freezing" with us in our Assisted Fertility Practice in Berlin. The Assisted Fertility Doctors: Dr. Andreas Jantke and Dr. Anna Stegelmann are Consultants in Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialising in Gynaecological Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine. They have successfully established themselves over many years in the whole field of assisted fertility treatments and have extensive experience in counselling, diagnostic tests and treatment right up to artificial fertilisation (Insemination, IVF, ICSI).
