Don't waste your time!

I would NEVER, recommend Dr Garavelas. Dr Garavelas was one of 5 doctors that we consulted in Athens following 2 failed IVF attempts. He charged €200 for a 30min online session. I was astonished to see that he couldn't even speak English! During our consultation he was arrogant, dismissive, and incapable to understand how hard this is for couples who have been repeatedly unsuccessful. He recommended a 3D ultrasound, which I later found out was useless as I was on the third day of my cycle, so visibility was limited. When he saw my AMH he tried to sell another treatment for about EUR 2,000 to increase my ovarian reserve while I'm just about to do an egg collection and I have 38 eggs with potential of being collected, so the treatment that Dr Garavelas tried to sell was clearly not needed. I seriously think that Dr Garavelas is one of these people taking advantage of couples like us who would do anything to be able to have a family. Whatever you do, stay away from him!
