Thad a really great experience at this hospital. The nurses were absolutely amazing-super friendly, caring, and always checking in to make sure I was Okay.nnThe doctors were just as great. They actually took the time to talk with me, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment.nnHonestly, I felt really well taken care of the whole time I was there. I recently underwent a complicated appendectomy (operasi usus buntu) at Columbia Asia Hospital, and I cannot thank the team enough for their outstanding care. As my first-ever surgery, I was naturally nervous, but Dr. Ruth made the entire process much less frightening. She is incredibly thorough, smart, and well-prepared—explaining every step clearly so I fully understood my condition and treatment. Her expertise and calm demeanor gave me so much confidence. Even post-surgery, she was very careful with my wound care, ensuring a smooth and fast recovery. I truly loved being her patient!nnA special mention to Nurse Rena, who was exceptionally helpful from the moment I arrived. Since I came alone, she assisted me with everything—from admission to settling into my room—even helping with my belongings.nnThe finance team also deserves praise (I forgot her name, but she was amazing!). Despite complications with my insurance, she handled everything patiently, stayed late to resolve issues, and ensured her colleagues completed the process seamlessly.nnThe nurses on the 3rd floor, especially in the 315 area, were all wonderful—attentive, patient, and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. They consistently checked on me and made sure I was comfortable.nnThe room facilities were excellent—clean, tidy, and very comfortable for post-surgery rest. Even the food was good!nnOverall, my experience at Columbia Asia Hospital was beyond expectations. Every team member contributed to making a stressful situation much easier. I hope the hospital continues to grow and help many more patients like me. Highly recommended!.

Spent five days here for a laparoscopic procedure (Feb 27 – Mar 3), and let me tell you—everyone I met was top-tier attentive. The only reason I chose this hospital? Dr. Nelson. That alone should tell you everything about how much I trust his skills and treatment.nnMassive kudos to the entire staff who made my stay smoother than expected! From the ever-efficient Mas Khamal at reception/registration (super proactive and informative ) to the nurses who kept me sane: Rosa (hands down the funniest nurse ever), Egha, Ayu, Tika (who had to endure my best criminal offense side eye , while inserting my IV), Tia W (constantly reminding me this was not a staycation), and Ika. Shoutout to Ms. Lilik in finance, too—thanks for may my insurance process easier ! .nnAll in all, 10/10 would recommend (but maybe let’s not meet again under the same circumstances?)..
