Dr Sabina Shrestha is the Director, senior infertility and ART Consultant at Kathmandu Fertility Center. She is the leading IVF Practitioner at Om Hospital & Research Center since 2003 and has been working in Bluebird International clinic as an infertility expert since past 8 years. She is the first Embryologist and the first practicing doctor doing vitrification and laser assisted hatching in Nepal. She has been involved in the field of ART since 2003 with training from EART Mumbai. She received her training in laser assisted hatching, trophectoderm biopsy on blastocyst, laser assisted sperm viability testing and laser assisted blastocyst collapsing prior to vitrification from Germany. She has received in house training from renowned IVF specialist of India; Dr Jaideep Malhotra, Dr Narendra Malhotra and embryologist Dr Sudesh Kamat and Dr Kersi Avari. Dr Sabina Shrestha is the key member in producing the first IVF, ICSI, IVF twin, IVF triplet, IVF quadruplet, TESA/ICSI, Vitrification, laser assisted hatching babies of NEPAL, producing more than 800 IVF babies and over 3000 IUI babies of Nepal.
