Egg freezing and IVF are important life decisions. The lack of professionalism was shocking. The building diry and everything messy. They had me waiting 40 minutes with my bladder full, to then cancel my appointment because they did not have water (yes you read that correctly, no water to wash hands, flush toilet). Taking a day off work and trusting a company with something so so important. I would try other clinics. I cant trust this one with something so important.
