They handle everything from scratch to finishing, by providing

Their Agency Fee is #200,000 Naira, which is not included in the package estimation. What's Included in the package is All the Legal Cost Coverage, The Surrogate package from confirmed pregnancy to Delivery, The IVF Program Itself and Every Other legal Document Showing you as the parents. The Child Program and every other Medical Bills and Payment.

Payment is made twice. You pay half of the contract fee, and complete the rest later. 

There is no refund for failed process as IVF has a 50-50 Chance of Success. The expenses made for both the treatment, drugs and transportation for the Surrogate during and after the program can not be refunded back to you. Rather, there will be a discount for the repetition of the process.
