Egg donation program OPTIMAL include:

• Initial consultation – IVF specialist consultation, which includes taking an anamnesis, gynecological ultrasound, evaluating the results of all previous analyses, possibly recommending additional tests, discussing treatment options, risks and chances of success, and drawing up a treatment plan.

  The consultation can also take place online. In this case, you must prepare a gynecological ultrasound report;

• The services of the IVF coordinator (English, German, Serbian, Romanian Croatian) who will be at your disposal for all information and support during the entire process, communication during consultations and procedures, as well as for help in organizing transport and accommodation;

• The selection of the oocyte donor is done according to the protocol in which you fill in the basic or special physical characteristics if you have for the donor. You will be given the oocytes of donors who match your requirements. The program is completely anonymous and for the future child also You can find out the height, weight, blood type, eye and hair color, year of birth and education level of the donor;

• Reimbursement of costs, tests and drugs for the donor;

• Freezing the partner's sperm sample (it will be used in case it is not possible to provide a sample when needed);

• Preparation of the endometrium to support embryo implantation;

• Endometrial monitoring during treatment;

• Sperm analysis and preparation;

• Fertilization by intracytoplasmic sperm injection ICSI;

• Prolonged individual cultivation of embryos to the blastocyst stage;

• Time-lapse system;

• Assisted hatching;

• EmbryoGlue;

• Intrauterine embryo transfer using catheter under ultrasound control;

• Viewing the enlarged embryo and the transfer process on the monitor;

• Detailed report on embryological development;

• Vitrification of the first embryo;

  Possible additional costs:

• Necessary medicines;

• Additional IVF procedures;

•  Vitrification od the next embryo EUR 70 each;

• Guarantee of higher number of mature oocytes, minimum 12 oocytes – 750 EUR. In the case of the second cycle with oocytes donated in our center - free of charge.

• Transfer of the cryopreserved embryo (TEC) that was obtained and cryopreserved within this cycle at our clinic EUR 320.

  Guarantee:

• At least 6 mature oocytes;

• At least one guaranteed blastocyst (Condition: minimum 5 mil./ml sperm of which at least 1% morphologically normal sperm, 10% motile sperm, DNA fragmentation in sperm max 30% and the partner's age up to 50 years);
