EMBRYO & OOCYTE FREEZING Package (胚胎及卵子冷冻套餐) costs 1000 USD or 30,000 THB. Both these freezing techniques are ideal if the future fertilization of the oocytes and embryo culturing or frozen embryo transfer cycles are “scheduled” for the future.

Oocyte freezing package includes oocyte cryopreservation procedure and 1st year of oocyte storage. Oocyte freezing involves oocytes’ investigation, oocytes’ transfer to the cryovials, freezing procedure and storage of the frozen oocytes. The time frame for storage is designed by a fertility specialist after the discussion with the patient.

If the patient would like to undergo the second stage of IVF cycle, the oocytes are thawed, fertilized with sperm via simple fertilization technique/ICSI technique or IMSI technique, the embryos are cultured, and on Day 3, Day 5, or Day 6 the embryo transfer procedure is performed. The IVF bundle that involves all these techniques and options costs 3200 USD = 95,500 TBH.

Embryo freezing allows cryopreserving the embryos for the future frozen embryo transfer cycles. Embryo freezing package includes embryo cryopreservation procedure and 1st year of oocyte storage. Embryos are transferred to cryovials, every cryovial is filled with the anti–freezing content that secures the embryonic content from damage, embryos undergo a freezing procedure and are stored in the cryobank.

If the patient would like to have frozen embryo transfer cycle, the embryos are thawed, their content is screened, the additional screening is done if requested and the embryo (s) is (are) transferred into the maternal uterus. The frozen embryo transfer bundle costs 1800 USD or 55,00 TBH and involves the consultations, all required blood tests (hormone, infectious, other), ultrasound monitoring, embryo thawing, embryo transfer, and medications post embryo–transfer up (to pregnancy test).

The blended freezing bundle can also be designed to cryopreserve both the oocytes and the embryos. These bundles are designed with a fertility expert.
