It can be purchased with PGT—A (preimplantation genetic testing) bundle or without it. But most of our couples and international couples do prefer to configure their IVF pack with preimplantation genetic testing as it prevents transferring the abnormal and mosaic embryos detecting the wrong chromosomal configuration in them. Preimplantation genetic testing allows our Fertility Pros and Embryologists to select the embryos with the high potency from the whole embryonic cohort generated through IVF—ICSI or IVF—PICSI. The fertilization technique used by our experts is PICSI. Before fertilizing every mature oocyte, our Pros use a magnetic selection of the sperm cells (MACS). This sperm selection technique is designed exclusively for choosing the best—quality sperm cells that will be used in PICSI. The all—new generated through PICSI embryos are transferred in the Time—Lapse incubator for further gestation. Our Embryologists are continuously monitoring the development in the embryos as the Time—Lapse incubator has the powerful digital cameras depicting and recording the photo and video content. Before the embryo transfer, the EndometrioTest – ERA, EMMA, ALICE is done to check the intended mother’s receptivity of endometrium and her endometrial microbe and bacteria. If the intended mother or the couple purchased the PGT—A (preimplantation genetic testing) bundle, the embryos will undergo screening before the embryo transfer. Plus, we integrated into every IVF bundle the embryo vitrification (embryo freezing) for the future embryo transfer cycles.
