Surrogacy with frozen embryo transfer (one embryo transfer trial) — ‘Care’ Pack Ukraine

VittoriaVita surrogacy agency costs are paid in multiple installments:

●First Installment: 13,000.00 EUR (€) paid for the initial in–office meeting and Surrogacy Contract Signing.

●Second Installment: 9,000.00 EUR (€)) paid in the third month of the surrogate mom’s pregnancy.

●Third Installment: 7,000.00 EUR (€)) paid in the seventh month of the surrogate mom’s pregnancy.

●Fourth Installment: 7,000.00 EUR (€)) paid upon the successful completion of the surrogacy program (on the day of receiving the baby’s/babies’ Birth Certificate(s)). 

The surrogacy program’s total cost starts at 36,000.00 EUR.

The total fee for this surrogacy program is 36,000.00 EUR (€)) and includes (1) agency fees, (2) legal fees and attorney’s fees, (3) pre–cycle diagnostic screening fees, (4) fees involved in the gestational carrier selection and onboarding: pre–cycle screening fees, prep. for transfer, and compensation for the embryo transfer, (5) fees involved in the frozen embryo transfer protocol: embryo devitrification, prep. for transfer, and embryo transfer, (6) surrogacy fees including the surrogate mother’s compensation, (7) medication for the gestational carrier fees, (8) health insurance/healthcare fees for the gestational carrier, (9) surrogate mom prenatal care and delivery care, and (10) other fees specified by the Fertility ‘DevOps’ who preconfigured the surrogacy pack. 

(2) The ‘core’ extras that can be attached to the surrogacy with vitrified–devitrified embryo transfer, and their fees: 

●PGD–5 (preimplantation genetic diagnosis for 5 chromosomes) pack’s cost starts at 1,000.00 EUR. This fee covers screening of up to 12 embryos. For each extra embryo, the envisaged PGD–fee is 90.00 EUR (€). 

●PGD–9 (preimplantation genetic diagnosis for 9 chromosomes) pack’s cost starts at 1,500.00 EUR. This fee covers screening of up to 12 embryos. For each extra embryo, the envisaged PGD–fee is 90.00 EUR (€). 

●PGD–24 (preimplantation genetic diagnosis for 24 chromosomes) pack’s cost starts at 2,500.00 EUR. This fee covers screening of up to 10 embryos. For each extra embryo, the envisaged PGD–fee is 250.00 EUR (€). 

●Extra frozen embryo transfer cycle ‘installed’ in the current surrogacy protocol pack’s cost starts at 1,650.00 EUR (€). 

●Extra IVF–ICSI with the donor’s oocytes and the partner’s sperm including the medicated prep. of the gestational carrier for embryo transfer (if there are no embryos left for empowering the transfer protocol) without PGD screening pack’s cost starts at 5,450.00 EUR (€).
