(1) ‘What is in the bundle?’

Surrogacy with own oocytes and sperm pack’s ‘tech. specs.’:

●initial consultation in person with a Fertility Pro

●intended mother’s diagnostic screening and testing (pre–cycle diagnostic screening tests)

●intended father’s diagnostic screening and testing (pre–cycle diagnostic screening tests)

●issuing the treatment protocol for the intended mother’s controlled ovarian stimulation cycle

●surrogate mom’s diagnostic screening and testing (pre–cycle diagnostic screening tests)

●clinical management and monitoring the ovarian stimulation cycle of the intended mother (one cycle of controlled ovarian stimulation or two cycles of COS, depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●anesthesia for the oocyte retrieval (one or two cycles of oocyte retrieval depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●intended mother’s oocyte pick–up (one or two trials depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●sperm collection from the intended father and the intended father’s sperm preparation (one or two trials depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●ICSI/IMSI/PICSI with the intended mother’s oocytes and the intended father’s sperm (one or two ICSI/IMSI/PICSI cycles depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●Gender selection of the embryos suitable for the embryo transfer (Fertility Pros screen the embryos for ‘decoding’ the female and male embryos in the already generated embryonic cohort using the intended mom’s oocytes and the intended father’s sperm from every ICSI/IMSI/PICSI cycle)

●selection of one or two ‘boutique’ embryos with the high implantation potency from the embryonic cohorts generated through ICSI/IMSI/PICSI using the intended mother’s oocytes and the intended father’s sperm (one or two trials depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations: one trial with frozen embryo transfer may be included)

●transfer of the fresh embryo (generated using the intended mom’s oocytes and the intended father’s sperm) in the surrogate mother’s uterus ((one or two trials depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●vitrification of the embryonic cohort generated using the intended mother’s oocytes and the intended father’s sperm (one or two trials of embryonic cohort vitrification for the future frozen embryo transfer cycles depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●vitrification of the semen samples collected from the intended father for future use (one or two trials depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●blood pregnancy test for the surrogate mother (one or two cycles depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●urine pregnancy test for the surrogate mother (one or two cycles depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

●early ultrasound scan for detecting the embryonic heart activity (one or two cycles depending on the surrogacy pack’s configurations)

Extra techniques for boosting the embryo implantation potency that can be configured with the protocol:

●Assisted hatching (the embryos with the low hatching potency undergo assisted hatching).

●Laser–assisted hatching (the embryos with the low hatching potency undergo assisted hatching).

Advanced embryo development monitoring:

●Time–Lapse incubation of the embryonic cohort till Day 3

●prolonged Time–Lapse incubation of the embryonic cohort (blastocyst stage)
