Head physician and guarantor of GYN-FIV , Peter Harbulák, M.D., Ph.D., is also the President of the Slovak Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Assisted Reproduction Section. He was trained at the Clinique Mutualiste La Sagges in France.

Donation Programme

An important part of the infertility treatment in our centre is the Donation Programme.

We offer:

• oocytes donation
• sperm donation
• embryo donation

Thanks to a large donor database, our customers can start their treatment immediately and without long waiting times. The success rate of our donor programme is very high.

All donors undergo thorough examinations in order to rule out infectious and sexually or genetically transmitted diseases.

The donation of sex cells and embryos is strictly anonymous.

We are one of the few clinics in Europe that can offer patients a safe and controlled embryo cultivation in EmbryoScope+ . Thanks to that we are able to select the best embryos for transfer.   

We also hold certificate of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015

GYN — FIV a.s., Centre for Gynecology, Urology and Assisted Reproduction (Bratislava, Slovakia) was founded in 2004 and throughout its lifetime, it has become the leader in infertility treatment in Slovakia and Central Europe.

We have expanded to a workplace in Nitra and a workplace in Žilina, making us one of the largest assisted reproduction clinics in Central Europe.

Diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases and MALE INFERTILITY including surgical sperm collection (MESA/TESE):

We cooperate with REPRODUCTIVE IMMUNOLOGY CENTERS.

OD PROGRAMME DETAILS: 

All our donors are between 18–34 years. We perform hormonal, genetic, and for STD panel screening for all our donors. 

IVF LEGISLATION IN THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC:

• Artificial insemination can only be done to infertile couples only, not to individuals. The Fertility Pros cannot initiate and empower the treatment protocols for the singles.
• The age of women is not limited by the law of the Slovak Republic.
• The infertile couple must be of different sex (heterosexual couple: man + woman).
• Artificial insemination cannot be used to select the baby’s gender.
• Donation is anonymous on both sides.

Please note that we guarantee to transfer the one embryo in our clinic. The maximum number of embryos that we transfer is two (during one embryo transfer). Freezing and storing genetic material (embryos, sperm) are not included in the scope of packs.
