FSAC is among the most successful fertility practices in the United States. Our excellent results, affordable options, and caring staff have helped thousands of women and men overcome infertility. FSAC offers the most current, complete, and effective treatments available to help create families. Our patient-centered service sets FSAC apart from other centers. Understanding that the effort to become a parent can be stressful, FSAC puts our patients and their concerns at the center of each interaction, providing compassionate care in a warm and friendly environment. During office hours, each telephone call to our office is personally facilitated by a member of our professional and attentive staff. After hours calls to your physician are accommodated by our helpful answering service. We sincerely look forward to providing our services, and assisting you in your journey in creating a family. LGBT Family Building: FSAC believes that everyone deserves to have the family of their dreams and is dedicated to helping gay, lesbian and transgender individuals or couples on their journey to parenthood. Learn about the different options FSAC provides and which one may be right for you. FSAC offers lesbian individuals and couples several options: Intrauterine insemination (IUI) with donor sperm: Intrauterine insemination refers to the placement of sperm directly into the uterus. IUI is performed around the time of ovulation and is a relatively simple procedure. Processed sperm is placed directly into the uterus using a small, flexible catheter. Infertility medications may be recommended prior to insemination. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF): IVF involves the stimulation (development and maturation) of the eggs, the harvesting of the eggs, fertilization of those eggs with partner/donor semen in the laboratory, replacement of the fertilized eggs (embryos) through the cervix into the uterine cavity (embryo transfer-ET) and the monitoring of luteal phase and pregnancy hormones. FSAC medical and embryology staff perform all IVF-ET procedures onsite. Choosing a sperm donor: FSAC maintains its own Egg Donor and Embryo Donation program. Well over half of our patients who utilize an egg donor conceive using our in-house donors and donated embryos. As a courtesy to our patients, FSAC charges reduced administrative fees when using one of our in-house donors or donated embryos. Couples may also decide to use semen form a known donor. We also work with multiple sperm banks and facilitate the perfect donor for you. FSAC offers gay male individuals and couples two options: Surrogate with Artificial Insemination (AI); In this case the surrogate is artificially inseminated with the intended biological father
