The first embryo transfer with the surrogate mother was unsuccessful and after years of TTC and several unsuccessful IVF attempts as a couple, we felt very frustrated and emotionally exhausted. The agency explained the possible reasons and supported us through the next steps. In the end, we received all the necessary support, felt heard and finally came back home as a complete family with our baby.

We completed our surrogacy journey with Generix Medical. From the beginning, communication was clear and we always knew what the next step was. Our coordinator replied quickly even when we had last-minute questions.
Our surrogate was matched sooner than we expected and we received regular updates, ultrasound reports and photos. It really helped us feel involved even from another country.
When it was finally time to travel for the birth, the team helped with the paperwork, appointments, translations and all the little things that would've been worried.
Every journey has stressful moments, but we always felt supported and never felt like we were left alone. Our son is now six months old and we're already talking about going back to Generix for baby number two. That probably says more than anything else we could write.

I spent a significant amount of time researching before deciding which company to donate my eggs through, and ultimately chose GG. I’m writing this review because I wish I had come across something this transparent during my own decision-making process.nnThe egg donation process requires far more time, energy, and personal investment than is communicated upfront. Before even being matched with intended parents, you go through months of preparation—building a detailed profile, gathering extensive personal and family medical history, completing written responses, recording a video, and submitting photos. Even after completing all of this, there is no guarantee you will ever be selected.nnOnce matched, the process becomes even more demanding. It involves psychological evaluations, genetic screening, drug testing, bloodwork, and multiple ultrasounds. Donors are responsible for scheduling and attending all of these appointments themselves, and there is no compensation for time, travel, or the impact on your work schedule. In my experience, my calendar quickly became dominated by donation-related commitments.nnCommunication throughout the process can also be challenging. You are in contact with multiple parties—doctors, coordinators, legal representatives—but there is little coordination between them. I often found myself acting as the intermediary, relaying information back and forth, which led to confusion and added stress. At times, it felt unclear who was responsible for ensuring I fully understood each step.nnThe medical portion is also more intensive than many may expect. You are required to self-administer multiple daily hormone injections that significantly affect your body, followed by travel for monitoring appointments and the retrieval procedure. In my case, this required multiple cross-country trips and taking extended time off work, none of which was compensated.nnCompensation is presented as $10,000 for a first donation and $12,000 for a second. However, an important detail that was not clearly emphasized is that this income is taxable. After completing two donation cycles and four trips, my total compensation was $22,000 before taxes. I later owed approximately $5,000 in taxes—something I was not adequately prepared for or advised on. This significantly reduced the net compensation and changed my overall perspective on the experience.nnWhen I reached out to the company to express my concerns about this, I was told there was nothing they could do.nnIn total, this process required a substantial commitment over the course of about a year, both physically and emotionally. While I sincerely hope my donations helped create a healthy family, the overall experience did not feel proportionate to the compensation or level of support provided.nnI share this not to discourage others entirely, but to ensure that anyone considering egg donation has a clear and realistic understanding of what the process involves—especially in terms of time, coordination, physical impact, and financial responsibilities.

We’re still in the middle of our journey with Generix Medical, so I can only speak from where we are now.
Our SM is 20 weeks pregnant and thankfully everything has been going well so far. We’ve had regular updates, good communication and no major issues up to now.
Real final review comes once the whole journey is complete, but as of today I can say our experience has been positive and I’ll definitely share again when we reach the end!

We had a very positive experience with Generix Medical. Communication was clear and the coordinators were supportive throughout the program. They handled all of the logistics and medical coordination, which helped us focus on the important moments instead of worrying about every detail.
Of course, like in any long process, there were moments when we had questions or felt anxious, but the team was responsive and guided us through each step.

My assigned Surrogate Specialist, Amy, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. She communicated clearly and consistently through text, email, phone calls, and video calls, and always kept me up to date on each step of the process.nnAmy was incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and supportive, helping guide me every step of the way. Over the couple of months we worked together, we built a strong and trusting relationship, which made the experience even more positive and reassuring. Generix Medical isn't about fairy tales and magic, but about honesty. The process can take a while, and there are some hiccups, some of which are down to the medical team, and some to human error. But everything is always resolved very quickly. For me, this was more important than any fine promises. I understood the process was complicated, but I felt supported and responsive at every step. Overall, I had a very good experience. From the very beginning, I felt supported and assisted at every step of the process. My main priority was finding a suitable surrogate mother, and honestly, it didn't take long—we found a suitable candidate in about two months. Our experience with Generix Medical was calm. We were worried about security, so we asked them a million questions. What I liked most was the feeling that we weren't abandoned after signing the contract. We were not rushed and were given time to think everything over. When we were nervous, the manager explained everything to us in detail and answered all our questions.
Overall, we were impressed; the system is honest and safe. We felt in good hands, and that was decisive for us.

We found them on facebook through recommendation. We firstly wanted to work with a clinic directly and didn’t consider agencies at all, but decided to give it a try because consultation was free. They provided us with a clear roadmap of our actions and all processes, we took a few days to think and decided to sign with them as their contract was transparent and mentioned they provide help with the legal processes. We liked their donors and how fast it took them to find the surrogate mother, the medical stuff in Georgia also was very polite and professional.

We are a gay couple and our surrogacy programme with Generix Medical took place in Albania. Everything was organized professionally and with great care. The team treated us with warmth, respect, and full transparency. I did a program using my own oocytes in Georgia. My partner and I are very satisfied, and everything actually went well. Of course, there are some downsides, for example, our transfer was successful only on the third attempt. However, manager and doctor told us that  this is normal and such situations happen, so thankfully everything worked out on the third try. I would rate the service 10 out of 10
