Dr. Noble is the medical Director and founder of Southwest Center for Reproductive Health in El Paso, Texas. He is a highly-trained and experienced fertility specialist that has been providing top of the line Reproductive Medical Services in El Paso-Las Cruces and greater Mexico area since 1996.

He earned his Medical degree from ITESM-EMIS medical school in Monterrey, Mexico where he graduated magna-cum laude. He then completed his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He also completed a Research Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Baylor College of Medicine In Houston, Texas. Since early in his career he began basic and clinical research in the field of egg and sperm interaction that granted him his first publication in 1989. During his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UT Southwestern in Dallas he published in collaboration with Dr Serdar Bulun and Dr. Evan Simpson the discovery of the enzyme Aromatase in Endometriosis which gave him national recognition with prize papers from the Society for Gynecologic Investigation and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), a milestone publication that has had a profound impact in the understanding of Endometriosis and has opened new avenues in the treatment of women suffering from this disease. In addition, he has published multiple research papers in the field of recurrent pregnancy loss.

In the clinical arena, he is a skilled Laparoscopic surgeon with extensive experience with over thousands of surgeries in women with uterine fibroids, endometriosis and congenital uterine anomalies. He also has conducted multiple cycles of In-vitro fertilization with outstanding success rates.
