After six years as the chief of reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Dr. John Preston Parry opened his own practice in Fall of 2017 in Madison, MS. 

Positive Steps Fertility helps build families in Mississippi and Louisiana with the same personal, empathetic, & successful care he became known for at the university. From our expert physician to our nurses and the lab team to the front desk staff, every person in our office has the same goal of treating our patients like family as we help them build the family of their dreams.
