Numerous CT Fertility patients provided directives to move their cryopreserved tissue to American Fertility Services (AFS) in 2019.  AFS, however, rejected many of the requests from these patients. Ct Fertility subsequently attempted to communicate with these patients on several occasions to request further instructions regarding the disposition of such patients’ cryopreserved tissue. Unless alternate arrangements have already been made, these patients’ cryopreserved tissue specimens have been moved to Cryogam.  If you believe that your cryopreserved tissue is currently stored at AFS, you are directed to contact AFS (203-774-9900, americanfertility.com) and/or Cryogam to confirm the location of your cryopreserved tissue.
