Our current CEO, Donna Raidy, and former CEO, Steve Masler, are founding members of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS). Missi Lockwood, our VP of Operations, is currently the SEEDS Program Coordinator and the Conference Committee Chair. As a founding agency, we have always been committed to putting ethical business practices first. We are also a member of American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), abiding by all guidelines set for egg donors and surrogates.
