Our department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences is among the nation's top departments of its kind in funding from the National Institutes of Health. The Center for Fertility and Reproductive Endocrinology at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital offers a woman-focused approach, knowledge, and expertise to provide highly personalized reproductive health care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.

We provide the full spectrum of infertility services for males and females. Treatment decisions are made in conjunction with the couple and may include semen analysis, ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination, and surrogacy.

Also available are advanced reproductive technologies, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), donor gametes (sperm and oocytes) and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). In addition, the Center offers an egg donation program.
