Not a good place to start a family

Entire experience at CC was not a good one. No communication or directions throughout the process. Lab orders are never sent to labs when they are supposed to so you are left hanging at the lab. Stressful as you have to constantly remind the staff how to do their jobs. We lef t CC and are still fighting months later for our refund of a canceled cycle. They are holding money due us hostage for no reason. Glad we left as rhe stress from this office im sure contributed to our 2 pregnancy losses.
