Adoption Services

The adoption legal process can be confusing and at times a bit overwhelming. We offer support and legal assistance to birth mothers looking for a loving home for their child  and adoptive parents hoping to build their family through adoption. 

We offer legal assistance to those seeking to adopt a child through a private adoption, step parent adoption, agency adoption, international adoption, foster parent adoption, adult adoption, second parent adoption, same sex adoption, and secondary adoption placement.

Guardianship Services

Mark R. Iverson represents private individuals that find themselves in a situation where it is necessary to become a guardian so that personal and financial decisions can be made for an incapacitated adult.  Mr. Iverson also represents parents of minor children who have special needs and require a guardian after reaching the age of majority.  Finally, Mr. Iverson represents professional guardians and acts as a guardian ad litem in guardianship matters.
