Center for Reproductive Medicine and Fertility

Over the past 25 years, there have been enormous scientific advances in the care of infertile couples. These advances have come through the development of new and better medications for ovulation induction, technological advances in surgical techniques including microsurgery and minimally invasive surgery, and in-vitro fertilization technology. At the Center for Reproductive Medicine and Fertility, we utilize these advances, as well as information from the latest research, to provide patients with the best fertility care available. Contact our fertility clinic today to learn more about how we can help you build a family.

A Well-Rounded Approach to Fertility

Dr. Louis Manara and his team thrive on the success stories of our patients. At our fertility clinic, we provide individualized treatment and use all means necessary to help patients conceive. Our treatment plans seek not only to identify infertility issues, but to effectively treat them so our patients can experience the joys of a family.

The innovative treatments that we employ at the Center For Reproductive Medicine and Fertility have enabled us to treat couples who have had no options available to them in the past. For example, in-vitro fertilization techniques now allow the possibility of pregnancy when the male has an extremely low sperm count, or no sperm at all in his ejaculate. Women with irreparably damaged fallopian tubes may now achieve pregnancy readily through in-vitro fertilization technology. They use of tiny, telescopic instruments has allowed us to evaluate and treat parts of the reproductive tract that were previously inaccessible.

Newly developed medications enable us to control and support the hormonal events of the menstrual cycle, stimulating and supporting where necessary, to improve the prospects for a successful pregnancy. We now have the capacity to freeze embryos for use in future treatment cycles, allowing additional opportunities for pregnancy following a single in-vitro fertilization cycle. Through the use of egg donors, women who have experience early or premature menopause or had their ovaries surgically removed may become pregnant and carry successfully. Even women who have had a hysterectomy may be able to have their own biological pregnancy through the use of a gestational carrier.

Take the First Step toward Building Your Family

In spite of all of these marvelous technological advances, many infertile couples achieve success through simple, office-based, “low-tech” procedures. Regardless of the method, the goal is to achieve a successful pregnancy as quickly as possible using the safest, simplest and most effective treatment. Our dedication to providing the most comprehensive care available has given us access to scientific and technological advances, whenever necessary. This wide variety of options creates excellent prospects for success in almost all couples. The support that our patients receive from Dr. Manara and his staff throughout their journey can make all the difference
