There are TWO IVF programs with donated oocytes: All inclusive IVF bundle with egg donation program (€ 10760) and all inclusive IVF with donated oocytes bundle PLUS (€ 11960).

(1) ALL INCLUSIVE IVF bundle with egg donation PROGRAM cost is € 10760

– Extended donor match according color of eyes, hair, weight, height, blood group, education, hobbies and interests;

– Panel of diagnostic analysis “PANDA” test for the couple;

– Serology of male partner and donor;

– Evaluation of reproductive compatibility between donor and male partner by using NGS predictive panel testing;

– Guarantee of three blastocysts for PGS testing*;

– Hormonal stimulation of the donor;

– Medication for donor;

– Cryopreservation of partner’s sperm for one year;

– Oocyte pick–up of donor incl. stay in Day–Care centre after procedure;

– PICSI of all oocytes;

– MACS – special method of the sperm selection;

– Prolonged culture;

– Assisted Hatching;

– Time–lapse monitoring of embryos on Primo Vision (24 hours watching of embryos under camera for whole period of cultivation);

– Cryopreservation of 3 blastocysts (each other above this number costs €60);

– Medication for recipient – into pregnancy (medication with estragon and progesterone provided by Repromeda);

– Preimplantation genetic screening (PGT–A) – genetic analysis for aneuploidy blastocysts – up to 8 evaluated embryos;

– All transfers of embryo;

– Transport within Brno, Vienna and Bratislava from the airport or station

*Guarantees cannot be provided in the case of a serious andrological factor, as well as in the case of genetic disorders on the part of the man, which prevent the development of embryos to the stage of the blastocyst. If a guaranteed number of embryos is not achieved within the treatment cycle and at the same time there is no objectively detect an andrological or genetic cause on the part of a man, the REPROMEDA clinic will provide a guarantee for another IVF cycle with donated oocytes
