●Pack #1: Sperm freezing (sperm sample’s preparation for cryopreservation and vitrification + one year of storage) pack’s cost starts at 230.00 EUR.
This fee covers the following ‘in–bundle’ ‘configurations:
●Consultation with Fertility Pro and the treatment protocol’s preconfiguration.
●Sperm collection and preparation for vitrification.
●Sperm sample’s vitrification (sperm freezing).
●Sperm storage for 12 months.
‘Designer sperm freezing and storage’ pack
●Pack #1: Sperm freezing (one controlled spermatogenesis stimulation cycle (if needed) + one surgical sperm retrieval trial + sperm sample’s preparation for cryopreservation and vitrification + one year of storage pack’s cost starts at 1,050.00 EUR. Note, the storage of the vitrified sperm sample in the cryobank is covered by the basic fee only for 12 months.

●Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE): the bundle’s cost is available on the couple’s or patient’s demand.
●Microsurgical Testicular Sperm Extraction (Micro–TESE): the bundle’s cost is available on the couple’s or patient’s demand.
●Microsurgical Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (MESA): the bundle’s cost is available on the couple’s or patient’s demand.
●Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (PESA): the bundle’s cost is available on the couple’s or patient’s demand.

Prices for medication and other procedures performed out of GYN — FIV a.s. are not included in the price for procedures.
Payments are made on the day of starting treatment at the reception of the company GYN — FIV a.s. (directly in the Centre for Gynecology, Urology and Assisted Reproduction).
