Surrogacy in Greece is open to foreigners (single women and heterosexual couples). The surrogate mother volunteers to carry a pregnancy without receiving financial compensation for her services. However, the intended parent(s) should pay for the Ivf, pregnancy, and delivery expenses in addition to the restitution of damages and lost wages for any unpaid leave of absence during the pregnancy.
