I started my journey with Surrogacy Colombia after a long and frustrating failed surrogacy journey in the US. After several failed connections in the US and 2 years lost, I turned to Surrogacy Colombia, who immediately understood my desire to move things very quickly. The staff, the clinic, supporting team and most importantly, my surrogate were all fantastic. I now have a beautiful daughter thanks to Surrogacy Colombia!

My wife and I live in the US and completed IVF in 2022 with the goal to pursue Surrogacy. We used a courier service in early 2023 to deliver our embryos from the US to Bogota.nnWe spent several months doing research and speaking with multiple agencies overseas. We ultimately chose to pursue Surrogacy Colombia for our journey in 2023. We chose Surrogacy Colombia because they genuinely showed interest in our well-being and that of the surrogate mother. We appreciated that every applicant goes through a thorough review process, both surrogate candidates and intended parents.nnWe asked many questions and Surrogacy Colombia was happy to answer them. We also noted that there was no pressure to make a decision once our interview was complete. We had interviewed other agencies who expected an answer immediately, and it felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine interest in the care for everyone involved. We found Surrogacy Colombia to be very personable from our interview.nnWith our positive experience, and feedback from others who had completed their journey with Surrogacy Colombia, we felt confident to sign with them. Surrogacy can feel intimidating and overwhelming, but everyone made us feel at ease through each step.nnCamila, Alejandra and Victoria were our regular points of contact, and they were fantastic at keeping us informed step by step. We were matched with an outstanding surrogate, and both parties agreed to move forward after the interview. After a brief preparation period, we successfully transferred one embryo to our surrogate and our pregnancy began.nnThroughout the entire pregnancy, we were given regular reports by the Conceptum clinic for the early stages, and later with OBGYN, Dr. Daniel. We were able to join each ultrasound appointment via video. All the medical staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.nnCommunication with our surrogate was very important for us, and we began communication around week 10 with a regular group chat. Over the duration of pregnancy, we grew very close with our surrogate and shared our lives together. We were very pleased that the agency had no communication restrictions with group chat. This allowed us to feel involved in the pregnancy.nnAs we approached our due date, we flew to Bogota ready to welcome our daughter. The agency was in regular communication with us, and also offered recommendations of locations to stay that were close to the clinic and in nicer areas of the city.nnOnce our daughter was born, we stayed for about six weeks. This allowed time for our baby to grow enough to be safe for flying. Also, the time was needed for several legal appointments with Nicolas, Surrogacy Colombia's lawyer, and to obtain our CRBA (US equivalent birth certificate) and US emergency passport from our embassy appointment. Nicolas was readily available and responsive throughout all of our legal appointments and got us all of the needed documentation to exit Colombia with our baby.nnWe also had regular interactions with our pediatrician, Adriana, who was recommended by Victoria at the foundation that oversees the care for each surrogate. Adriana is a phenomenal pediatrician- she takes great pride in the care of the babies and we were very thankful that she was recommended to us.nnWe feel blessed that we chose Surrogacy Colombia for our journey. Everyone we interacted with was always helpful, communicative, and a pleasure to talk to. Their expertise and made our process from beginning to end smooth.nnMy wife and I adore everyone who has been a part of our daughter's and our lives - Camila, Alejandra, Laura, Victoria, Dr. Daniel, Dr. Gomez, Adriana, Nicolas, the staff at Conceptum clinic, and most importantly, the beautiful and selfless woman who cared for and loved our daughter throughout pregnancy. This clinic has been a nightmare during our fertility journey. They took our money and gave us nothing but false promises and heartbreak.
We were told we had four “healthy” embryos. Three were transferred without success, and the fourth tragically ended in a stillbirth at seven months. The clinic showed no compassion during this devastating time. To make matters worse, it became clear they don’t fully test embryos as they claim, raising serious concerns about their standards and honesty.
Additionally, two of our doctors abruptly left the clinic during our treatment with no notice or explanation. This lack of communication and accountability left us feeling abandoned during one of the hardest times of our lives.
If you are considering this clinic, don’t. Their practices are unethical, their care is cold, and their lack of professionalism is staggering. Find a clinic that values transparency and compassion—you deserve better.

My husband and I have just returned home from Colombia with our beautiful daughter who was born with Surrogacy Colombia. We cannot recommend them enough. Camila, Bibiana and the whole team are wonderful. They personally guide you through the whole process, always answer any questions you may have and are always truly supportive. They look after you and the intended parents and the surrogate very very well. They speak fluent English so no translator is needed. Bogota is very safe and beautiful and we had a wonderful time whist staying in Bogota, sightseeing and dining in beautiful restaurants. They also have the most amazing nanny that they can provide you with once the baby is born. We used the nanny service, and Nanny Nubia is just the most wonderful person to help you look after your new born. We had such a great experience, we have already started the process for baby number two with them. I cannot recommend them enough. They are a fantastic clinic, honest, professional and trustworthy. They have only the best interest of the surrogates and the intended families at heart. I will never be able to thank them enough for enabling us to have a family. You won't be disappointed - you will all love and appreciate them as much as we do.

We recently welcomed a healthy baby boy via surrogacy through Surrogacy Colombia. We were very pleased with the program from start to finish. Bibiana was our main point of contact and ensured we were kept informed every step of the process during pregnancy. Surrogacy matching and donor selection was facilitated by the agency which made everything very straight forward and pleasant. The most complicated part of the process (leaving the country after birth was definitely made a lot easier with the support and direction of the agency attorneys (I honestly don't know how we would've done it independently or just working directly with the clinic). Having the agency support every step of the way, especially embarking on this journey in another country with language/cultural difference was invaluable to our family. Also Bogota is a beautiful city with wonderful people, great food and plenty to do. We stayed in Chico, an exclusive neighborhood of the city with great restaurants and shopping that came highly recommended by the agency..

Choosing Colombia Surrogacy was the best decision for our new family. We were nervous at first using an international agency and clinic but the service was fantastic and the people very friendly. We have to say that Colombia Surrogacy is a trustworthy and honorable agency. We had someone assisting us in every stage of the process. We were kept updated with live baby ultrasound images and facetimed the surrogate weekly. The legal process was efficient and easy. From the birth of our son we completed all paperwork for travel in less than a month. I highly recommend Colombia Surrogacy for your journey to parenthood..

Surrogacy Colombia routinely makes promises they cannot keep. They and Celagem are taking IP's money and not delivering for them. We have been working with both since September of 2021. We had embryos in November of 21, took until April 22 to be matched with a surrogate. Our son died in Oct of 22 due to a placental abruption. Alejandra at SC called us two days later and said the contract was complete b/c our son lived for a few hours. We threatened to sue and they changed their mind. Our second surrogate/transfer didn't take, but they also never made more embryos for us as they had promised. That has now caused a 6 month delay in our process. They take no accountability and their integrity is non existent. Avoid both companies.
