Fertility clinics offer IUI, Natural IVF cycles, Minimal Stimulation IVF Cycles, Fertility Preservation Programs, and Frozen Embryo Transfer cycles. However, egg donation, sperm donation, the simultaneous donation of egg and sperm, embryo adoption, preimplantation genetic testing, and sex selection are not the services offered in the Philippines.
Also, there are no laws governing surrogacy in the Philippines, but still, surrogacy arrangements are not recommended. Furthermore, according to a senate bill drafted to prohibit surrogacy, any woman who agrees to become a surrogate mother and the person who contacted her will be sentenced to five years imprisonment plus a fine of ten thousand Pesos (P10,000). If the Senate bill were approved, surrogacy would have been ultimately framed as prohibited in the Philippines.
