egg donor who canceled here - this is eugenics. please, people, just go adopt a child, foster a child, and learn to be more open minded. very creeped out by this experience. i don't want to make racially pure babies for the wealthy using my body. the short and long-term health risks of this procedure are really high, btw. i didn't feel comfortable renting my body out to perform reproductive labor for the wealthy. it was as if the desires of the wealthy were superseding my reproductive freedoms in a capitalist system where my choices were limited. kind of just wish this option didn't even exist. birthing children isn't mandatory. can you seriously look around you at how climate change is decimating our planet and tell me that it needs to be more populous? please adopt, don't shop. this is just creepy, weird, unnatural, and wrong. the experience of not being warned that i would be vaginally penetrated by a doctor at my very first appointment was too much for me, major red flag, and i wanted out. this feels too much like sex work, very dystopian, very icky. i'll stick it out and keep job hunting, thank you very much!

BHED was amazing. From the very first conversation I had with Robyn, the managing partner, I felt more like a long lost friend than a client.
Every step along the way, and there were many, I felt supported, kept in the loop, well advised, and cared for by Robyn and Rebecca, my cycle coordinator.
Above all, I'm grateful for the hand-picked match that was made. The donor that generously provided her eggs is an amazing young woman--not just in one facet of her life but across many. I hope and expect that some of those excellent qualities have been passed on to my son.
If you have need for an egg donor agency I would recommend BHED without any reservations.

My husband I are planning to have a procedure with your clinic, but it’s quite difficult to get in touch, IS THERE ANYONE WE CAN TALK TO? I need IVF with egg donation costs. Any info about packages you have? Thank you.

As a gay couple interested in starting our own family we researched a lot before we decided to go with Beverly Hills Egg Donation - at the recommendation of a good friend who had gone through the process. We are happy to say that it was the perfect choice! They helped us through every step of the way - answering patiently every single question we had - without giving us the feeling that we were being overly cautious or nit-picky. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly. I especially have to mention the warm and caring approach by Robyn and Roger. They were gracious, courteous, kind, and pleasant. The entire experience - which could have been quite nerve racking - was a positive one! We highly recommend them!

3.5 stars. I had donated once with a previous agency and once with Beverly hills. Beverly hills definitely pays better, and my travel arrangements were good. but I felt like I was better cared for and appreciated more with the other agency. Not great at communicating quickly. Make sure to read your contract super carefully and get everything you want in it. There will be no effort afterwards from them. I was under the impression I could find out about the pregnancy and I cant, even though I had asked the lawyer to fix it, I guess the final edition didn't have it. That's my fault, yes. But, The response was IF they find out about a birth, they will let me know. Not hopeful to ever hear from them about it. I'll update if I do. Also, The other agency (the donor solution) sent me flowers after as a thank you and made sure to personally check in to see how I was feeling, over the phone. Little things like that made a big difference for me, and I was pretty bummed to not be able to find out about the pregnancy.

I am 41 and just starting to try to get pregnant. I am realistic about my chances so I have been calling around to find potential fertility help and possible egg donors. The staff was extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions in a very kind manner. They did not try to scare me and were not pushy like some of their competitors I also called. I'm hoping I will be able to get pregnant on my own, but if not, I know I will be in good hands with Beverly Hills Egg Donation!

My friends, R and J, just announced that they are going to finally have a baby. The egg donor company they work with needs more good mention because they were so great but for obvious privacy reasons it is hard to be social about this stuff, so I said I would do it for them.
When my partner and I set out to find an egg donor, we were overwhelmed by the process. We spoke to many agencies, but were immediately impressed with the staff at BHED. You really get the sense they care about their donors and their clients. They have an incredibly detailed and thorough vetting process, providing a wealth of valuable information about the donors. Once you enter the process, you really feel cared for. They were on top of every step of the process and incredibly responsive and professional throughout. I highly recommend them!

***** This review is from a DONOR point of view *****
- You will NOT KNOW the DRUGS and SCHEDULE until it's happening.
- Hidden Fees (the agency keeps $500 of ''processing fees'')
- Lack of clarity and information from BHED staff.
- Process unsuitable for women with medical knowledge and wishing to know a little more about what will happen to her body.
- Names of drugs hidden until having a signed contract.
I was matched very quickly. The staff was friendly at first and the process was smooth until they ask me to sign a contract making me accountable for $1000 if I stop the retrieval process.
At that point, they weren't able to tell me the inject-able drugs that I was going to take and for how long. The consultants keep giving mixed information.. One day it was birth control for 2 weeks and a specific drug for 2 weeks, and the next day it was birth control for 2 months and 1 month of drugs.
I asked repeatedly for more CLARITY (in the end we are talking about drugs that will impaired MY body) - they then couldn't tell me anything. I needed to sign the contract, see the doctor, and then know the drugs. They DIDN'T want me to TALK to the doctor (she's too busy....)
There is a very big difference between being on the BC for 2 months and injections for 1 month VS 2 weeks of BC and 1 weeks of injections. The names of the medications were NEVER disclosed. Why ??? Why would you hid the medication and schedule from the egg donors until they commit to $1000???
From this point, everything went downfall. Threatening to take me off their ''list''.
- Pressure from the staff to commit
- Non-stop emails and phone calls
- Unfriendly conversations
I ask to skip a cycle and be kept on the list to have more time to talk to a doctor about the short and long term effects of the drugs. The staff was then extremely rude. The lady was frustrated and as much as hate to say it... she didn't give a shit. I was just another number. They removed me from the list.
******** Donor Beware DO NOT DO IT FOR THE MONEY
- this is considered as income, and you will owe closed to half in Taxes. This can be A LOT depending on your bracket.
- $8000 minus the fees $500 and taxes = between roughly $4,000-4,500
- for all the hours required in the process (medical appt, injection, etc etc) it ends up being just $40/hours.
Money is your choice though.
In the end, I would go with an agency providing more transparency.
