I’ve been going here for a couple years now. I have bad anxiety with Dr. offices but the staff is so friendly here I never worry. Some days the wait is long and others I’m in and out so quickly. One woman in particular is so kind every time I show up for my appointments, and it just brightens my whole day. 10/10 experience every time..

Been a patient here for three years now and can't recommend it enough. Staff are incredibly kind and caring and go above and beyond taking care of their patients. They've helped me with insurance problems in the past when they didn't need to and even when you leave them due to graduation or what-have-you, they're there for you to make sure you'll be in good hands.
Only annoyance I've ever had with them was when I was first starting with them- as their public phone number has a long wait time to weed-out angry protesters. Stick with it and eventually they'll give you their office number where they'll answer asap. I'm leaving WL due to graduating but this place will certainly have a special place in my heart..

Came here for a second opinion as I didn’t agree with the first. Turns out I was right and the NP helped remove and reinsert a new IUD. The NP was extremely nice and gentle, she also explained everything as she was doing it. I felt reassured the whole appointment and my nerves were put to ease. The wait time was a little long, but I was completely okay with that as I knew I got quality care and they seemed busier than normal for planned parenthood..
