There are many reviews here coming from a surrogate perspective stating just how perfect Jen and Gestational Concepts are as coordinator and agency. They are spot on! However, let's see it from an IPA side. I have had the great opportunity to go on a sibling journey with Jen and GC - that's right , that means multiple journeys with twice the success and twice the award deserving customer experience.nnIt is not an easy process ( so I thought ) to go through multiples sets of tests, paperwork and legal matters. It can be all so daunting but Jen not only makes it seem easy, she makes it easy to complete. Yes, you will have thousands of questions. Yes, you will not even know what questions to ask at some point. But what is also yes is this - yes, Jen has the "know how" to navigate thru the process and guides you every step of the way. She even reminds me of payments I have to make to ensure nothing is out of compliance.nnWhen my first daughter born, she was onsite at the hospital with me. How awesome is that!? When my daughters sibling was born, she was on the phone with me even when she was travelling out of town - a true example of GC and Jen going above and beyond!nnThanks Gestational Concepts. Thanks Jen. Thanks to the amazing surrogates that you screen and recommend. Thanks for your guidance. With so much information to absorb, it truly is what we are left "feeling" with that will make this unforgettable - and we feel amazing about GC and Jen... 5 stars in my mind.

Jennifer is my coordinator and was incredible throughout the entire process. From the beginning, she was professional and knowledgeable. She was so kind and understanding, always there to answer any and all of my questions so matter how silly I thought they were. From the moment I was matched, until even after I gave birth, she was there for me and I couldn't imagine going through another agency. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Will 100% be continuing with Gestational Concepts as my agency for my future journeys..
