Wonderful practice, everyone is so polite and kind. Dr White is a kind and gentile physician. He looks for solutions for you specifically as a patient. He is on top of medications and asks for your input.
We had a visit with Jesse A Jorgensen PA PA-C. I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. I came in with a severe headache, and instead of conducting a thorough evaluation -including asking about my medical or family history-the doctor simply recommended taking pain medication. The moment I mentioned that I recently had a baby, they quickly dismissed my symptoms as postpartum hormonal changes without exploring any other potential causes. There was no genuine attempt to understand what I was experiencing.The doctor appeared disinterested, avoided eye contact, and did not inspire confidence in their abilities. I left feeling unheard and brushed off, with no real answers or support. I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere..
The nurses and office staff are excellent and very attentive to patient needs. I would write them four or five stars personally.
The doctor I saw was very unprofessional though. Never answered messages or communications that I was trying to make with him. Pretty much the only reply I got to my health concerns was that I should see a psychiatrist. He said it was his common practice to send chronically ill patients to psychiatrists when they're suffering, but their ailments do not have simple and extremely obvious explanations. Absolutely not okay..
Dr Cobb was very genuine and engaged throughout the visit. I loved the eye contact she gave me and her patience with my concerns. She addressed each concern with empathy and a caring demeanor. I never felt rushed. Her MA was so nice and patient with me as well as I was very anxious during the appointment. This clinic and their staff are the absolute best.
I have had nothing but terrible experiences trying to get MRI’s scheduled, medications refilled, or having any proactive communication with the medical staff here. It should not take months of back and forth for simple requests just to be told I need to contact insurance, like I haven’t been on the phone for hours with them. I cannot in good conscience recommend using anyone from this clinic..
