I left my appointment with Laura Johnson feeling completely unheard. From the start, it seemed like the provider had already decided what was wrong without genuinely listening to my symptoms or concerns. When I tried to explain my experience, she appeared uninterested and dismissive, leaving me feeling gaslit and frustrated. I’ve experienced medical gaslighting before, and this encounter felt deeply triggering and traumatic. It’s incredibly disheartening to seek care and walk away feeling worse than before.

Tyler Brown is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He works with both efficiency and genuine interest in your life and symptoms and is very solution oriented. The nursing staff is fantastic, and the people at the desks are so friendly and knowledgeable. As I move around Utah, I always will make the drive Farmington because I just love the staff here!.

Whomever does the customer service training at the U Health, should get a raise. The customer service is always great when I visit and has been the case for years. It stands out as you don't see a lot of good customer service anymore, but at the U Health, especially at the Farmington location, but also up at the U of U hospital in SLC, it is apparent that there is a focus on taking care of the customers. Dr. Jensen is very good, she's attentive, provides encouragement and genuinely seems excited with positive results. She is warm, friendly and the utmost professional. I really appreciate that Dr. Jensen and the U seem to value my time, I rarely have to wait when I have an appointment. I am seen on time and without much delay. Some Doctors and offices treat you as if their time is more important than mine. I don't feel this way at the U. Well done..
