Receptionist is impolite. His voice is unmodulated. It also took him 4-6 seconds to answer every question, seems like he doesn't want to entertain any query. I want to ask more questions pa sana but I think he haven't had his breakfast pa 'cause he's so lethargic. Management should hire a person who knows the job. Remember that receptionist is the face of the company and that your clients' experience starts with the person who answers the phone..

Only place in Cebu doing IVF, and they know it.. Very dirty and run down facility. You wait hours for any kind of service, and very expensive compared to facilities in Manila or overseas. Horrible customer service and you are treated like a piece of meat. Jollibee is cleaner and better organized than this place! AVOID if at all possible.

Yes the receptionist lack poor communication and orientation. Does not properly fully disclose the scope and preparation of each procedures and prior prepararitions. Would be better to to have a professional to better disseminate accurate and effective information towards the patients. Ty.

Review of Repro Optima from Rizza Jairi
Poor receptionist. My husband called in the morning for a lab test and the one attending to the call didn't give more details and just said come to the clinic today. Travelled 4 hours from north cebu after the call, arrived in the afternoon only to be declined when we reached the clinic because the receptionist said my husband had to abstain for two days. Like what the heck? Why didnt you even tell us in the first place when we called you so that we wont have to travel that long?.

This clinic is located across Cebu Doctor's Hospital. They no longer allow patients to park underground so you'll have to find parking around the back or somewhere further. The guard may tell you that it's okay to have your car on hazard in front of the building, I would strongly advise against this if it's gonna take more than 3 minutes of waiting. Enforcers can come and write you a ticket or tow your car away.\n\nI do not recommend just walking-in to have a test or consult. Book an appointment and keep that appointment date open. Because if you do miss your appointment, it'll set you back weeks or a month for the next availble slot. This clinic is so far the best in the Cebu. Not to mention Dr. Tan's achievements. A whole lot of people are coming over to visit. That's why they're booked weeks on end.\n\nThere are a limited number of seats inside while waiting. Do try to limit bringing chaperones to your immediate partner or better yet just go to the clinic on your own. Otherwise, either you, your chaperones or someone else will have to stand and wait. There are a couple of coffee shops around the area, you can ask your chaperones to wait for you there..
