I’m was amazed at the number of 5 star reviews this business had, now I’m perplexed. I tried calling their advertised number 5 days in a row, multiple times each day. Nobody ever answered. I decided to personally visit, in case the telephone number was wrong. When I arrived to their office, I was asked to wait in the elevator lobby, not even allowed into the lobby of the facility itself. After 5 minutes someone came to the lobby and told us there is a process for making an appointment. She requested we send our personal information including medical records to an unsecured email. All we wanted to know were details and cost of their service. Please don’t get me wrong, I am and was prepared to spend millions, I just wanted an idea of how many and was their service worth it. My question is why would I spend my hard earned money with a business that doesn’t value my privacy, cannot even be trusted to answer their phone, or would leave me waiting in an elevator lobby for 5 minutes? I asked to speak with a supervisor so I could raise my concerns. The woman in the elevator lobby stated she was the manger/head of the front desk department. I asked who her supervisor was, so I could raise my issue with them. She said she reported to the medical director. I asked for the name and contact information of that person, she said she couldn’t give that information but was willing to give me their telephone number. THE SAME NUMBER THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER FOR 5 DAYS!
If they can’t be trusted to competently answer their telephone, competently respond to our in person inquiry, how could we possibly trust them to be our health care provider?
Very clean and organized. They are very helpful and always giving us options to consider our budget. My wife is 27 week pregnant now, thanks to them. Very recommendable to those wanted to have a baby but being limited due to infertility issues..

I was interested in gestational surrogacy for single father.
Hello. I am interested in gestational surrogacy for a single British father in Philippines. I am wondering about surrogacy process (the time frame for negotiations& surrogacy contract signing, the time frame for the money transfers, the legislation, and coming back with my newborn baby at home). I wanted to get an email with the information. Still no reply.
I wanted to book the consultation about Surrogacy but I have not received the answer..still waiting..
I wanted to know more about surrogacy in Philippines (is it possible to design traditional surrogacy cycle or should I apply for gestational surrogacy cycle through IVF with ICSI or should I need egg donor plus gestational surrogacy?) I am still waiting their reply (hope they would send me email with required information soon) but will be looking for more clinics in Philippines if I would not receive the answer in one week
