As overseas intended parents facing a 16-hour time difference and a language barrier, we were initially concerned about communication. However, Northwest Surrogacy Center (NWSC) and our case manager, Amber, made our journey smooth and successful.

As intended parents, we are so fortunate to have Cydni as our case manager! She made our experience at NWSC truly special! During late afternoon the day before a long weekend, we had a question which would impact an important decision to be made during the holiday. We didn't expect to get a clear answer given the holiday situation, but asked Cydni for advice anyways. Cydni took immediate action and called the hospital directly to get the answer for us so we could make an informed decision in time. When we had a medical emergency with the pregnancy, Cydni went above and beyond to get information from other case managers and surrogates for us. We are very moved by Cydni's empathy and kindness and really appreciate her amazing support, encouragement, guidance and help throughout this journey. It's been such a great pleasure and privilege to work with Cydni, and we can't recommend her enough. I am a surrogate for the NWSC and I have worked with Cydni the entire pregnancy. I gave birth last week to a beautiful baby girl and made her parents dreams come true thanks to NWSC.
